Bhairav Kothari is Founder & Managing Director of SuperCFO Services Private Limited ("SuperCFO"). Bhairav, recipient of Best Young Entrepreneur Award in Financial Service Sector (2010), has rich experience of over 15 years as finance professional which includes public company listings (IPO), debt syndication, private equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, cross border accounting (including IFRS & US GAAP), implementation of cost controls and setting up of robust MIS systems. Bhairav has also successfully implemented corporate restructuring events involving international jurisdictions; encompassing taxation, corporate law and foreign exchange regulations.
After completing his graduation in Commerce with specialization in Computers and Operations Research, he completed his Chartered Accountancy (CA), securing 36th rank in the foundation course. He also holds a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, India.
Prior to forming SuperCFO, Bhairav served for over 8 years with CBay Systems, in different capacities, from being Finance Controller to its Group CFO. CBay Systems is recognized as the largest provider of medical transcription services in the world, has a strong presence in Patient Financial Services (PFS) industry in the US and is by far the largest Healthcare BPO in India. CBay is listed on AIM of LSE (London Stock Exchange). Prior to joining CBay, he worked with GRUH Finance Ltd. (a leading housing finance company).
Krishnamurthy has more than 3 decades of extensive experience in both strategic and operational areas – Financial and Management Accounting, Audit & reporting under Indian GAAP and IFRS, Restructuring of operations, Business Planning and Budgeting, Due diligence, Guiding in ERP Implementation, Cost control, Development of Accounting manual, Development & Implementation of Policies and Procedures etc. across diverse range of industries like Construction & contracting, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering and Big 4 Audit firm. He has restructured MIS reports and dashboards enabling better decision making, introduced internal processes & controls in operating business cycles, carried out cost reduction measures. While being employed in Tata Power (Strategic Electronics Division) he was heading the core team in his organization for implementing the Oracle 11i.
Krishnamurthy is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has also done his cost and Management Accounting (ICWA) from Institute of Cost and Managements Accountants of India. Prior to joining Super CFO, he was heading the Finance and Cost control in a leading construction/contracting company in the middle east, where he was overseeing finance, accounts, and Cost Control function. Earlier to the assignment in the Middle East, he was with Deloitte, a big 4 accounting firm, where he was handling audit of varied clients in the manufacturing & healthcare sectors under Indian GAAP and IFRS, guiding & coaching on applicability and nuances of Accounting Standards of India and IFRS.
Prior to that, he held various senior positions in Companies like Tata Power, ETA Dubai, Voltas and Hidesign where he managed accounting, introduced cost reduction measures, measures for disposal of old and aging inventory and restructuring of operations in Dubai of the retail Company.
Krishnaswamy ("Krish"), has more than 20 years of varied professional experience across myriad finance and accounts domains like Cash Management and Banking, Fund Raising, Business Forecasting, GAAP/IFRS, and Taxation among a host of others. Krish has worked across the industry spectrum in businesses like Facility Management, Engineering Services, Infrastructure projects, Sugar and its allied industries, Auto ancilliary, BPO and Market Research.
Prior to joining SuperCFO, Krish was the Group CFO of Mortice Ltd, where he was overseeing the Corpoarte Governance activities at the group management level and in Finance and Accounts domain, leading with his specific inputs and knowledge in the strategic financial planning of 5 group companies. Krish has also worked as the Executive Director (Finance) for TNS India, where he was the member of the Exectuive Board. Additionally, Krish has held senior positions with Agfa Photo (India) as Finance Controller, and has also worked with Intertoll, and Frederic R. Harris (India) in responsible positions. Krish is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Cost Accountant (AICWA).
R. SundaresanCFO Partner
Sundar has more than 31 years of professional experience in Business Management, Debt Restructuring, Project Finance, Audit & Secretarial Compliance, General Accounts, Taxation and MIS. He has diverse experience of having worked with a large Bank, a leading Insurance Company, and Public & Private Companies. He has substantial experience in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics, Steel, Banking & Insurance industries in India.
Sundar is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Company Secretary (ACS). Prior to joining SuperCFO, he was CFO of National Bulk Handling Corporation Ltd and was heading Finance, Taxation, Legal, Secretarial and Investor Relations. Prior to joining NBHCL, he was CFO of Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd. (a Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Group Company) where he was part of the core team that turned the company around. He undertook debt restructuring, carried out significant cost reduction measures, handled M&A, and was actively involved in SAP implementation. Sundar also held a variety of senior positions, including Sr. VP, with ICICI Bank Ltd. & has worked in all spheres on ICICI business group including Merchant Banking, Project & Corporate Finance, Retail Banking, Securitization, Factoring, and Leasing, etc. Before joining ICICI, he worked with Oriental Insurance Co. where he managed equity portfolio, investment accounts and stock market operations.

Sucheta has around 24 years of extensive experience in both strategic and operational areas like Business Planning and Budgeting, Business valuation, Due diligence, Financial and Management Accounting and reporting per local GAAP and US GAAP, SOX implementation, ERP Implementation, Cost controls through operational efficiency, Risk Management and Internal Control, Preparation & Implementation of Policies and Procedures, etc. across various industries like manufacturing, Telecom, IT services, and Financial Services.
Sucheta is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has also done LLB (Gen) degree. Prior to joining Super CFO, she was head of Finance and Accounts of India Infoline Limited a leading financial services company where she was overseeing finance, accounts, taxation and compliance function of more than 20 group companies governed by various regulatory bodies. She was also responsible for IFRS implementation for the group. Prior to India Infoline, she was Sr. VP - Corporate planning with Financial Technologies limited where she was spearheading many corporate initiatives like SAP implementation, ERM, Company valuation. Prior to that Sucheta also held various Senior Management positions in the companies like Patni Computer Systems Limited, Tata Teleservices Limited and Blow Plast Limited where in she has managed ADR issue, sox implementation, NYSE, SEC Compliance, US GAAP, offshorization, Due diligence, ERM implementation, Strategic planning, budgeting, setting up of MIS system and cost management initiatives.

Vivek GambhirCFO Partner
Vivek Gambhir has over 20 years of diversified professional experience in operational and corporate finance, financial control, reporting, corporate governance, decision support, business planning, forecasting, compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fund raising, cash flow management, managing admin, review of legal and commercial contracts and ensuring secretarial compliance.
Vivek is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1994. Before joining SuperCFO he worked as a CFO with a Mortgage company which is engaged in subprime lending that is managed by NHB/RBI. He began his career as an Audit Officer in Sept, 1990 working for India’s leading publishing house TOI in the Internal Audit department and he honed his skills control and governance. In his last major assignment of 10 years, as a whole time director, he managed operational finance, STPI/SEZ compliance, legal, group property and admin, risk and control, set up business intelligence and vendor management hubs for RBS India Development Centre. He was the Financial Controller for The Oberoi, Bangalore and then the Finance Head for the world’s leading banking software company – Misys Plc. wherein he managed the finance, legal, admin and the board.

Alagappan has more than 25 years of working experience that includes Auditing, Manufacturing & Trading companies. Until recently he was the Group CFO of a French Multinational Company at their Singapore Head office with operations in 9 countries. Alagappan is currently serving as the Secretary of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Singapore Chapter and is a Member, CFO Committee of CPA Australia’s Singapore Division.

RADHAKRISHNANCFO Partner (Singapore)
Radha is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has 28 years of experience in a diverse range of industries – Textile, Engineering, Retail and Distribution.
He was as a group financial controller in Sunrise-Yonex group based in Singapore whose operations spanned ASEAN countries and India till 2007. During his tenure, he played a key role in advising the company’s country managers’ in financial, legal and tax compliance.
His experience spans setting strategic goals, corporate financial planning, fund raising, tax planning, transfer pricing compliance and management in the ASEAN countries and India. Additionally, when leading the footwear department of the company, he gained experience in procurement and dealing and negotiating with manufacturers.
Prior to joining SuperCFO, he has been a franchisee and was running a corporate consultancy company concurrently.
Mun Cheong FaiCFO Partner (Singapore)
Mun Cheong Fai started his career in public accounting in the UK and moved on to finance and accounting and CFO roles in commerce and industry. His responsibilities expanded to strategic functions in corporate planning, marketing and investor communication, project management and business development, among others. Besides this, he has also assumed the roles of country head of a US BPO organisation and an Australian professional body.
During his 40 years' career he has been involved in four mergers and acquisitions which included the privatisation of a listed employer. His experience spans four countries in industries in life and general insurance, venture capital, business process outsourcing, association management, building and construction and business consulting.
He studied and trained as a professional accountant in the City of London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and an Associate of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Cheong Fai served as a member of the CFO Sub-committee from 2010 to 2011 under the Pro-tem Singapore Accountancy Commission tasked with proposing the framework for establishing a national CFO Institute and the development of CFOs in Singapore. He also served as Vice President of the Singapore Insurance Institute from 2005 to 2007 and was a Council member from 2004 to 2007, chairing various committees during that period.
