Dinesh has experience of over 20 years across Finance & Accounts, Business Partner and Operational areas with an ability to provide key financial control and reporting. He possesses strong expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial and Management Accounting and reporting per local GAAP, US GAAP, ERP Implementation, designing/implementing cost reduction strategies leading to reduced annual overheads and a significant increase in cost savings. He is adept at liaising with the senior management team to increase revenue, and devise effective management processes. He has worked across various sectors and with diverse business sizes. Has also worked on Establishing & Executing SOPs, Policies, Internal Controls, ERP, Receivables & Credit Control, Business Plans & presenting the same for Business Review Meetings with Stakeholders, Working Capital Management, Project Costing & Profitability Analysis, and Cash Flow Management.
Prior to joining SuperCFO, he was a CFO with Brahmaputra Biochem Pvt Ltd. Before that he was associated with AVTEL Services India LLP as a Financial Controller. And before that he worked with Draeger Medical India, ASK Group, Mattel Toys India and Glory Polyfilms Pvt Ltd
